Anymaker Parts Tier List
Engine, wheel, panel, electric, fluid, and logic categories graded for career scarcity versus sandbox freedom.
This list ranks part jobs, not catalog numbers. Anymaker’s kit is an in-world ~8 cm grid with diagonals and a tool belt: edge, panel, window, component, property, logic, cable, fluid, repair, and duplicate. Geometa has not published a public SKU sheet with torque or flow rates, and this wiki will not invent one. Letters are planning grades from alpha and demo builds plus the Early Access notes for 18 September 2026.
Use it with the tier list hub, vehicle ranks, and weapons ranks. For the how-to, stay on engines and wiring and microcontrollers.
Career versus sandbox
Career still unlocks. Completing the bunker in the June 2026 demo made tier 2 and 3 loot spawn more widely — that is not a reason to assume every engine sits outside your first shack. Sandbox at Early Access launch is planned with all parts unlocked and infinite supply. Sandbox asks “does this category teach the tool?” Career asks “will a missing part strand you?”
Engines — Career S, Sandbox S
Without a prime mover, every chassis is furniture. Rank engines S in both modes because the rest of the list is downstream of “it cranks.” Career S also means protect the engine you have: cooling, fuel, mounts, and a repair kit. Sandbox S means learn one working layout — fuel, throttle, starter — before you scatter six mills across a catamaran.
Jet engines are on the Early Access list. Treat them as a new sub-job, not a published thrust table. Learn boats and helicopters after a land engine starts cleanly.
Wheels and running gear — Career S, Sandbox A
Tires, hubs, and steering links are career S because demo builds already let weapons and impacts damage tyres. A beautiful cab with three flats is a campsite. Carry a spare on a short truck and duplicate a known-good corner.
Sandbox drops wheels to A only because infinite supply removes the panic. Geometry still matters: too-narrow ATVs roll, too-long haulers scrub.
Electrics — Career A, Sandbox S
Batteries, cables, lights, switches, and the microcontroller that actually talks to them are career A: you can limp a tiny runner on a short cable run, but you cannot scale a night drive without a plan. Sandbox S because this is the category that teaches the cable tool, debug, step, and inspect. Drag-drop logic and text editing both exist; neither is optional if you want gauges that mean something.
Do not invent amp numbers. Keep one power bus you can see and one switch you can reach from the seat. See controls so lights are not on the same key as the repair tool.
Fluids — Career A, Sandbox A
Fuel and cooling sit here. Career A because an engine without fuel is a paperweight and an engine without cooling is a future paperweight. Sandbox A because the fluid tool is worth learning even when supply is infinite — leaks and routing still make the difference between a jet that runs and a sculpture that smells like a tutorial.
Boat buoyancy is a related but separate Early Access system. Do not assume a land radiator layout is a marine one. Clone a land cooling loop you trust when you start hulls.
Panels, windows, and structure — Career B, Sandbox A
Edge and panel tools make the body. Career B because mobility beats cosmetics until you have food and a bunker route. A window is not a drivetrain. Panels still matter for weather: rain, wind, and temperature are listed features. Sandbox A because this is how you learn diagonals and why a floppy frame twists cables apart.
Base walls use the same kit. If you are fortifying a shore or town lot, read base building instead of over-paneling a career ATV.
Logic and extra components — Career B, Sandbox S
Sensors, radios, extra switches, and fancy controllers are career B until the truck starts twice in a row. They become mandatory the moment you want a pump, a light bar, or a rotor governor. Sandbox S because this is Anymaker’s personality: drag-drop or text, then debug. A microcontroller you can step through is worth more than a pile of unused components.
Radio sits on the co-op page as a multiplayer tool; it still counts as a part you must power.
Repair, duplicate, and the tool belt — Career S (as a habit)
Repair and duplicate are tools, not loot SKUs, but they change every letter above. Leave the repair tool at base and an A-tier engine becomes a walk. Duplicate finished corners so you do not hand-build four bugs.
Shopping order for a first career chassis
- Engine that cranks, with fuel and cooling attached.
- Wheels that steer and a spare if you can spare it.
- Seat, lights, and a cable run you can inspect.
- Panels only where weather or wildlife will punish you.
- Logic when the analog version already works.
Sandbox order is the reverse for learning: logic and electrics first on a locked chassis, then fluids, then panels. Finish with the build checklist and a glance at the Early Access note — the full version is planned to add more tools and parts over about a year, so today’s B can become next season’s default. Until a real catalog exists in your inventory, spend loot like a mechanic, not like a collector.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about Anymaker building, survival, and Early Access.
Why are there no part names or stats?
Geometa has not published a public SKU list with numbers this wiki can cite. Ranking fake catalog IDs would go stale on day one of Early Access.
Is the engine really S-tier in sandbox too?
Yes. Infinite parts do not teach you a starting sequence. One working mill is still the difference between a vehicle and a shed.
Where do microcontrollers sit on this list?
Under electrics and logic. They are S-tier to learn in sandbox and B-tier to decorate a career truck that does not start yet. See microcontrollers.
Did the demo change how parts unlock?
Yes. Completing the bunker made tier 2 and 3 loot spawn more widely. That is progression design, not a promise that every engine is common on 18 September.
Should I panel a career ATV before it runs?
No. Career B for panels means mobility first. Add bodywork where weather, wildlife, or cargo actually needs it.
